What this service is

wedlink, operated by [[LEGAL ENTITY NAME]], lets you reserve a short web address on the wedl.ink domain and forward it to a destination of your choosing. You may change that destination at any time while your plan is active.

What you may point a link at

You are responsible for the destination. Links must not point at content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, that impersonates another person or business, or that is used for phishing, malware or spam.

We may disable a link that breaches these terms, and will tell you why when we do.

Names

Names are allocated first come, first served. Some names are reserved for the operation of the service or excluded as offensive. Reserving a name does not grant you trademark rights, and we may reclaim a name that infringes someone else's.

Payment and duration

Plans are paid once and run for the stated period. Nothing renews automatically. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. Write to [[CONTACT EMAIL]]. Note that if you ask us to activate your link immediately, the right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully performed.

Availability and liability

We work to keep redirects available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

We are not responsible for the content of the destinations you point your links at.

Governing law
